19 of the Last Seed 
Today was a productive day for Aera. She went off to find the fragment of Wuuthrad, which was to be found in a (rather lengthy) dungeon. She accidentally got trapped and it turned out a gang called the Silver Hands were waiting for them. Luckily she had her shield-brother Farkas with her, who...turned out to be a werewolf?

Farkas saved her and she continued on with the dungeon, and they both came out of it victorious and alive. They came back with the Wuuthrad fragment and upon arriving back, she was accepted as an official member. 

She did not rest, however. She still had things to think about, after the dungeon and the reveal that they were all fucking werewolves. So she took another, easier job on, and slayed the animal taking over someone's house. While walking there, she thought about it, and decided that if the opportunity ever arose---she would become a werewolf. She admired the Companions too much to abandon them that easily.

She decided to request a job for the next day, and was told to meet with Skjor. She chose to rest, before doing so.


Skyrim Book Review of the Day: Nightingales: Fact or Fiction?

The nightingales sound like an interesting, secretive bunch. Might do a playthrough involving the Thieves guild once I am done with Aera's goals.

Journal Entries

Day 1

Aera fulfilled her life long dream of joining the Companions, a group of warriors in Whiterun. After a few errands, she was tasked with intimidating Hermir in Windhelm and made her way there using the carriage service. Before she did so, though, she went to Fort Greymoor and beat up some bandits so that she was a little tougher. She is now level 2, and both her one-handed weapons and heavy armor skills have increased.

In Windhelm, she chose to sleep and rest for her brawl with Hermir

Day 2

Aera beat Hermir! What she thought was her first official task has been completed, but upon arriving back at Whiterun she finds out that she is to be Tested before she becomes a true companion. She is to bring Farkas to recieve a fragment of the battle axe Wuuthrad----a weapon wielded by the founding leader of the Companions.

She also sold the steel steel set of armor she arrived in, and decided to settle for the iron armor she found in Fort Greymoor. She is saving up for a house.



Skyrim Book Review of the Day: Biography of Barenziah, Vol 1,2,3

Propaganda! Apparently. I thought the story to be very interesting, until I looked Barenziah up and found out the majority of what was written in in this book series was a lie. I now know not to trust Skyrim books that easily. Looking forward to collecting The Real Baranziah series of books.
